A Perfect Summer Getaway to Portsmouth, NH
Sometimes the best trips aren't about traveling far—they're about slowing down, soaking in the moment, and appreciating everything around you.
That's exactly what happened during my recent getaway to Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
The weather couldn't have been more perfect. Warm sunshine, a refreshing ocean breeze, blue skies, and comfortable evenings made every day feel like summer at its best. It was the kind of weather that invites you to stay outside just a little longer.
One of my favorite things about Portsmouth is strolling along the waterfront. There's something special about watching the boats drift by while enjoying a delicious meal overlooking the harbor. Whether it was a leisurely lunch or dinner with a beautiful view, every meal felt like a vacation.
Of course, no visit to Portsmouth would be complete without spending time on the water. Boating along the waterways gave us a completely different perspective of the city and coastline. It was peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect way to enjoy New England in the summer.
