Each item I offer is handmade with care and attention to detail. I want you to love what you receive! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original, unused condition.

• You must contact me via this form before returning to receive authorization and instructions.

Please note:

• Because each item is handmade, slight variations are normal and part of the charm—these are not considered defects.

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

• You may choose either a refund to your original payment method or store credit for a future purchase.

• Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
